ODB’s quality management system can handle all quality assurance processes, storing the results for future reference and traceability, enabling employees to monitor and utilize statistical data for feedback and quality control.

ODB’s QA manager is responsible for examining areas requiring improvement, while the system showcases the results of previously implemented changes. We have also incorporated the Six Sigma Principles within this systematic approach, whereby errors are categorized, weighted and analyzed to determine the standard deviation and any corrective actions that need to be taken.
